Giulio Marchesani provides architectural visualization, 3D rendering, photography, drone and AI-related services. The scope, timelines, deliverables and fees for each project are agreed in writing (e.g., quotation, proposal, email).
The client is responsible for supplying accurate briefs, reference materials, and timely feedback. Delays in feedback or material delivery may affect schedules and pricing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials produced by Giulio Marchesani (including images, renders, videos, text, code and design assets) are protected by copyright. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose(s). Any other use, resale or redistribution requires prior written consent.
Each quotation specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions, scope changes or new requests not covered by the original brief may be billed separately.
Fees are charged as per the agreed quotation. Invoices are due within the specified payment terms. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services and delivery.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, fees for work already performed (and any committed costs) remain due. Refunds are not provided for completed work.
We treat client materials as confidential unless you grant permission to showcase the work. NDAs can be signed upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giulio Marchesani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
